Terms of participation in the Automatic Transmission Trade Show 2019
The Automatic Transmission Trade Show 2019 exhibition (August 29, 2019, Novotel, Moscow City) invites manufacturers and distributors of spare parts and tools for automatic transmission repairs, developers and suppliers of diagnostic equipment, representatives of industry associations and organizations.
Please note that the registration of exhibitors at the exhibition is closed!
1. Full-time participation
The registration fee for full-time participation in the exhibition “Automatic Transmission Area 2019” is 6,000 rubles. and includes the following services:
- registration of up to 4 company representatives with badges
- exhibition information package
- inclusion of the exhibitor in the catalog of the exhibition “AREA AUTOMATIC 2019”
- 1 copy of the catalog
- participation in all events of the exhibition, except for events requiring a personal invitation
- certificate of participation
- cleaning at the stand
- security
The following rental options for exhibition space are offered for exhibitors :

Option A includes the following equipment: walls, fascia board with the name of your company (up to 12 characters), table, 4 chairs, information desk 1000x1000x500 mm, halogen on the leg 150 W, 0.5 kW socket, basket, hanger |

Option B: Plasma - Participation Your attention is invited to the format of participation in the exhibition - “Plasma Participation”. Such participation includes a 42 "plasma panel to showcase your company presentation, an information desk for your printed advertising material, and a bar stool for your company representative. |

Important! It is possible to change the size and location of stands at the request of participants.

Attention! Exhibitors take part in the exhibition according to the leased space. Otherwise, the Organizer has the right to issue an additional invoice for the arbitrarily occupied area. |

The registration fee for absentee participation in the Automatic Transmission Trade Show 2019 is 15,000 rubles. and includes the following services:
- placement of company information in the exhibition catalog
- 1 copy of the catalog
- presentation of advertising printed materials of the company on the stands of the correspondence unit
- timely replenishment by the organizers of the submitted materials
Important!
- Absentee participation does not allow full-time work of the company with exhibition guests . However, visiting the exhibition by company representatives is possible.
- Promotional printed materials must be provided to the organizers at least 7 days before the exhibition.
