Renault Logan and Sandero special series
In Russia, sales of the «City» version of the Stepway City Renault Logan sedan and the hatchback Renault Sandero began. In the City version external cars differ on the central pillar and thresholds. But for us the most important difference is that these machines are equipped with only a CVT Jatco JF015E under the trade name X-Tronic paired with Renault HR16 engine (1.6 liters, 113 hp).
The CVT is an exclusive prerogative of the “raised” cars, because its massive crankcase reduces ground clearance by 25 mm. For the version of Stepway City, it received a new software that allows you to simulate a stepped shift when you press the accelerator pedal more than a third.
Versions for the «city cowboys» have become the most expensive in the family, since you can only choose between two top config - Life and Drive. The Renault Logan Stepway City sedan costs at least 788 thousand rubles - 35 thousand more than the Logan Stepway with a 102-horsepower engine and “automatic” and 65 thousand more than a car with a 113-horsepower engine and “mechanics”. The same ratio is true for Sandero Stepway hatchbacks: the City version costs at least 815 thousand rubles. The most expensive option - Renault Sandero Stepway City performed by Drive for 897 thousand rubles
